Hello we are RAEE, a group of four passionate women who have a collective goal to help addicted vape users to quit. One of the members, Abi, is addicted to vaping and she has struggled to quit cold turkey. Science proves that attempting to quit this way can cause severe withdrawal symptoms that eventually lead to users returning to vapes. After trying several products such as Nicorette, nicotine replacement therapy, or Ripple, which is nicotine free, she felt hopeless and decided to give up trying. That's where we came in. We propose that the best way to quit vaping is by weaning of nicotine gradually and while there are products on the market that do offer lower doses of nicotine, there's nothing that combines this method into a personalised kit which aims to help users to quit. Introducing Puff Off, a vape kit that includes different levels of nicotine that gradually reduces over time. Users will not only be able to avoid the withdrawal symptoms that come with quitting cold turkey but also quit altogether after completing the kit, which ends with 0% nicotine. With the disposable vape ban in June, demand for quitting solutions will soar, creating a strong opportunity!
